All orders placed online at redlineauto.com.au are delivered via Australia Post or courier. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order being placed, delivery will take a further 5-10 business days. You can track the progress of your order from placement through to delivery. Once your order has been packed ready for dispatch you will receive a confirmation email which will contain a tracking number and link to track your order directly through the Australia Post Website or Courier’s website. Tracking is available for Fastways via their website: http://www.fastway.com.au/ and Australia post http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
To track your order follow the link to the webpage and enter the tracking number. If you lose your confirmation email log into your accountand click on View your Order/Billing History.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the couriers system before attempting to track your order.
