Eagle Products Corporation Pty Ltd warrants its new products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and if properly installed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchased. This warranty does not warrant and disclaims all liability for products used in racing activities and/or applications, other than those specifically recommended by Eagle Products Corporation Pty Ltd. Products that have been physically or mechanically altered, improperly installed or maintained, or used in improper applications are not covered under this warranty.
